Custom Orders:
Zari Designs offers customized work, meaning I will design something especially for you although I generally do not implement the design ideas of others. You can specify the size, along with the general colors, textures, and style of altar cloth or blanket you would like, and I will create an altar cloth or blanket for you based on those parameters. So far my customers have been very happy with the results!
Your Sacred Space:
For Altar Cloths, it is helpful if you can email a digital photo of the table or altar, and the space in which the piece will reside. This will assist us in designing something that will blend with your environment and taste while adding new energy and definition to your sacred space. This information is needed to establish a price as well.

Please review the gallery of our work and identify textiles, colors, and designs that you like. We will let you know if something similar can then be created for you.
Each Piece Unique:
Since each textile is distinctive, each product is unique, and cannot be duplicated exactly.
Additional Cost:
In creating a piece especially for you, custom orders require a 50% deposit and an additional consultation fee of $50 for blankets and $100 for altar cloths or wall hangings.
Care and Repairs:
We recommend Professional Dry Cleaning only for all of our products. Most blankets are wool or a wool blend, Pashmina (silk and cashmere), or cashmere. Wool may shrink if washed; thus, wash wool products at own risk. Pashmina or cashmere can be washed in cold water with gentle soap. Sari trims can be ironed with hot steam but will change shape and texture slightly after washing.
Altar Cloths should be shaken gently and frequently to remove dust and debris. Great care should be taken with candles and incense and water as these can damage fabric. Repairs are available for a fee but not guaranteed. Please call to discuss a specific repair situation and we will be happy to assist!
